I am not happy with S60 volvo 2020. While driving on expressway yesterday. car dropped from 50mph to almost dying out. I was almost hit in the back but fortunately got over to the right shoulder. I shut car off and waited a few minutes and started it again. Karp Volvo gave me an appointment for today. They needed to replace a control unit( car only has 1600 miles). I waited almost. 2 hours as there was also a unrelated recall on the vehicle. While waiting for car I saw an attendant clean bathroom but when she cleaned counter near coffee machine- she was talking on the phone and only used sink water and paper towels to clean surfaces- no sanitizing wipes. When my car was returned to me they hadn't vacuumed the mats- service guy said he'd give me car wash coupon but they were out of them. He then said he would take my car back down to vacuum it as if he was doing me the biggest favor in the world!. This isn't what I expect when owning a "luxury" vehicle. More
