I had the pleasure of meeting David Markowitz who was extremely knowledgable about every car I looked at. I had his full attention and wasn't rushed. I decided on a pre-owned auto, when I came to pick up the car. David spent over and hour going through the features on the car. I have never experienced such care and time given before with any car I have purchased in the past. He is truly an asset to the Karp family. He listened to what we wanted and even pointed out that Costco was currently running a promotion with Volvo that we could take advantage of. He knows so much about the vehicle which is loaded with features and he is so enthusiastic about teaching you. We leased the 2019 XC60 and love it. After the sale we had a situation we discussed with manager Tomothy Gilley who we found to be reasonable and very helpful. More
