My worse experience ever in the 20+ years I have been leasing vehicles has been with Volvo, and Karp Volvo as a dealer. Had many problems with the XC90 and XC60 from computer problems, electrical problem leasing vehicles has been with Volvo, and Karp Volvo as a dealer. Had many problems with the XC90 and XC60 from computer problems, electrical problems, battery problems, issues with tires (tires had a wobbly sound coming from them that they could not resolve. Even on lease return they hammered me over the head with all kinds of charges and would not even have a reasonable discussion about reducing it like every other brand has always done for me in the past. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a vehicle since but the car is unreliable and customer service. Volvo was a HUGE disappointment for me, I feel like I was taken advantage of. More

David went above and beyond to ensure I received the best possible deal on my new 2023 Volvo XC60. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made the process of purchasing a car seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend David to anyone in the market for a new Volvo- you won't be disappointed. With David you won’t have to go back and forth in terms of getting the best pricing on your purchase or lease. David will give you the best possible price from the start and if you’d like to try to price the vehicle at other dealerships - you will not be able to beat the deal that David gave you. During the car delivery process David is always very thorough and meticulous. He will make sure you know everything about the car you are buying and are comfortable with it. He will help you set up a Volvo Cars App on your phone and will do his best to make sure all your questions and concerns are answered. Over the course of 7 years my family bought 3 Volvo vehicles from David at Karp Volvo. Thank you, David, for making this purchase and our other purchases at Karp such a wonderful experience!" More
