I had the pleasure of receiving my 2012 XC70 through Karp Volvo. Frank Moscati was my representative and I couldn't be more pleased. He reassured me that if I have any questions or issues to contact him directly and he holds true to his word. A few days after I picked up my vehicle, I valeted my car at my work garage. The valet had blue ink on the palm of his hand and left marks on the gear shift. I lost it! I immediately called Frank Moscati to ask him his advice. He asked me to e-mail him a picture of the gears shift and gave me a few methods of how to remove the stain. Fortunately, Frank was able to help me and the stain was taken care of. I was very impressed by his response time and couldn't feel more confident to recommend Frank and be assured that he's on top of things. All that being said, I'm extremely happy with my XC70 and knowing that I can rely on Frank if a problem should arise. Joel Pompa, our salesman/representative, was so helpful, answering every question we put forth. Never did Joel get frustrated when the same question was asked more then once; he was always kind, courteous, answering every question we put forth. Joel even took the time to take us into the service center, introducing the people we will be dealing with and walking us through where to go when dropping our new car in for routine service. He spent as much time as we need till we said we felt comfortable that all our questions were answered. Cathy, the receptionist/front desk, was cheerful and also informative. She made herself available to for anything we might need or want, making us feel more at home then in a car dealership.
