Hi Patrick Ogbeide, I have been running around with this dealership for months. I last spoke with your team in early December and was told by the accounting rep I spoke with that the delay on my registered plates for the car I purchased in JUNE 2021 was because Honda Cars of Katy never secured the title before the sale. I am getting quite alarmed at this point, as I was told again that the registration by the dealer has been filed in November and I should receive a call back in two weeks. It has been 6 weeks, no call back and your people continue to forward me to voice mail that is not yours or tell me they will connect me with a manager on duty and then hang up instead. I have been on the phone getting hung up on for the past 45 minutes. They don't even greet me anymore at the operator number, they just automatically forward me to disconnect the line. I am driving to the dealership as soon as I finish this addendum to my review. This is the THIRD time I have had to use up a Saturday driving to your dealership because your staff will not connect a phone call. Zero star review. Anyone else reading this, avoid this dealership at all costs - they take money for cars they cannot prove they have title for.
