I bought a brand new Honda Minivan in 2014 from this place. No issues, was a smooth transaction, everything good.... until today. Today we go to make an oil change appointment because we are going on a trip in a few weeks. We are told that the company who paid for that deal is no longer paying (since June 2021) so they will give us a reduced rate for the oil change, but its not free..... How about no. How about I never buy a car from this dealership again and not recommend anyone else do so. Don't offer "lifetime" deals if you can't honor them. And new management shouldn't buy out an existing company if they can't honor the previous deals made without repercussions from existing customers. I love Honda, but when it comes time to get a new one, I'll find the highest rated dealership in Houston and go there. More

Agreed to a price of $4,000 over MSRP, and then they wanted to add another $800. Totally dishonest dealership that treats customers like idiots. I was very disappointed to learn today that Honda Cars of Katy is no longer offering the free lifetime oil change because of new management. What a poor business decision! Bought my car in October of 2019. When purchasing I had the option to pay extra for oil changes paid for 6 years or 60,000 miles whichever came first. For as much driving as I did it made sense at the time to get it. Now even though I got an oil change for free in June I am being told I have to pay and it was an agreement with the company before. I understand things change but with all the issues I have had this far and it being a brand new car it will probably not only be my first Honda but my last. I was more than patient with the staff and I know it’s not their fault but still sucks when it was something I actually paid for when I purchased the vehicle. More

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM… we had purchased the Honda Odyssey 2 years ago from them with the promise/commitment of 5 year free oil change… guess what… my wife took the car in for an o purchased the Honda Odyssey 2 years ago from them with the promise/commitment of 5 year free oil change… guess what… my wife took the car in for an oil change today and was told it is NO LONGER being honored and we have to pay out of pocket $80, because the previous ownership went bankrupt, and all the customers who were promised that free oil change are on the hook to pay out of pocket. TERRIBLE!!! These guys are FRAUDS!!! Will NEVER EVER be doing any business with them. More

My wife took her car in for free oil service which was a selling point on us buying the car. Well they no longer honor that agreement. The reason doesn’t matter. DECEPTIVE = Honda Cars of Katy. They cancelled my "frèe lifetime oil change". After being told they are no longer providing the "free" oil changes, I went to discuss with the sales manager.
