I told them I was coming in from Vegas to see the car and just wanted to make sure everything on the car was good before I made the 4 hour trip. The car was a piece of garbage. It had been hit on the side and in the rear as well. I called about an hour before I arrived to make sure the car was still available and to let them know I would be there shortly. Once I arrived, I was told the car was out for smog inspection. Then miraculously the car was in the back and being painted. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE GUYS. More

Just bought a MBZ from them, I was there with my husband and our six month old and 5 yrs old. The really tried hard to get my financing done in 15 min, since my young ones were getting restless. I was going through cars.com browsing to see what kind of car I can get for my budget (25,000). And to my surprise I saw a couple of Mercedes Benz C-Class 2011s with fairly low mileage still under manufactu car I can get for my budget (25,000). I had to go take a look at some of these Benz I went to a couple of dealerships but when I got there the dealerships were all trying to keep me from looking at the car rushing me in there office not letting me test drive one dealership didn't let me see the interior (they said that they cant find the key). Anyway when I went to kaykars the guy I spoke with over the phone greeted me showed me all the selection they had about 6 C300s in stock we drove the car he let take a good look at all of them and he never pressured me. I was really impressed with there selection they even had a Bentley! The whole staff was very nice there showroom was nice. It was a great car buying experience!! keep up the good work guys! More

After shopping around for a vehicle I was getting frustrated I had been to many different used car dealerships. I felt they were all lying to me when I called for a specific car they told me they ha frustrated I had been to many different used car dealerships. I felt they were all lying to me when I called for a specific car they told me they had but each time I went they didn't have it and some sleazy salesperson would try to sell me something else. But when I called Kaykars Dion he told me they had what I was looking for I told him I didn't live in the area so make sure its there. When I got there the car was washed and he let me test drive it was an easy car buying experience and they had a great selection. The whole staff was really polite they made me feel very comfortable.
