Because I had “A” plan their finance manager kept jacking up the price with add ons. More interested in boosting his dollar quota than making a sale. Avoid at all cost I knew I should have stuck with my Ford dealership I trusted on my previous Ford purchases. Thought it would be a better experience trusting a dealership closer to home. Long story short, it’s been over a month since I cancelled an online order. I should’ve received my deposit by now. After emails, phone calls, in person visits, being passed on from one representative to another there has been no resolution. “It’ll be there soon” “oh there was an issue in the business office” “someone will take care of this today”.
