I started calling over a week ago in attempts to schedule a time to bring my car in for maintenance and for its third or fourth recall. Every time I called they said someone would call me back and I never go a time to bring my car in for maintenance and for its third or fourth recall. Every time I called they said someone would call me back and I never got a call back. So I called 4 times and finally was referred to a service manager who apologized and said he would help. He offered to schedule a pickup of my car for the following week and I expressed I had to go to work so he said I’d be the first stop at 0915. 0945 rolls around and no one called, no one came, and I couldn’t get a hold of Troy. So I went to work, already late. Then I get a text saying they just “rescheduled” my pickup to 10:45am….again couldn’t figure out who to talk to to cancel until I got a call from a woman saying they were there to pickup my car. I told her it’s been ridiculous trying to schedule something and I’d rather just get a refund for the maintenance and upkeep I’m paying as part of my lease. Obviously am not getting my moneys worth at the dealership. So she said she’ll tell finance to give me a call. An hour later I call her back and say I may have missed a call but it rings forever when I try again. She says she’s emailing finance again to reach out to me, again. Well, as assumed, nothing heard following that. I am beyond words with how difficult and disappointing this dealership service has been. And when I told them I just would take my business elsewhere instead of offering to try to improve themselves the woman said to me I can try another Ford dealer. Flabbergasted. That being said. All this struggle to get my car in for service has been xxxx but even previously when I brought my car in the first two times the service personnel were rude and ignore you. It’s timely and you either have to wait or Uber yourself home for the day only to have to Uber yourself back later to pick it up (if you don’t have a ride). -10 stars for this clown house. This is not how you conduct business. I will not be renewing my lease. More

We finally received our brand new bronco(after nearly 2 years from ordering date) we were soooo excited for this day. Ricardo was wonderful.
