Not What I Expected on This Visit I've been a client of KPF for almost two decades and three cars. I bought a 2014 Fusion this past February, and this visit was my first service on th I've been a client of KPF for almost two decades and three cars. I bought a 2014 Fusion this past February, and this visit was my first service on the car, and the first is free. The oil change took four hours. That's ok as I trust my Service Advisor, Maxx, who has been my SA for approximately eight years. He is the best, and when I was checking out, I could tell he was hesitant to give me the bad news. Due to a timing cap leak that was needed, my cost would be almost $1,200. The labor on this would be over $1,000. My 90-day warranty expired almost two months ago. I spoke with one of the Sales Managers afterward, and he said they are going to honor the warranty. 90 days has passed and I would have to pay if I wanted them to do the repairs. I'm disappointed that loyalty doesn't come into play in business in general anymore, I guess. I felt compelled to still rate a Five Stars, as I have recommended the dealership to others. I have escalated the matter further and expecting a call back soon. I may not return depending on the outcome. I've had no complaints over the 16-year period other than this past visit. You'll have to be the judge, I guess. More

Very poor, we won't be back. I began calling around 2pm. It took 4 calls to finally speak with Nick around 5pm, our service agent. When I asked for the results of the diagnostic test, Nick reluctantly admitted nothing had been done. We decided to pick up the car that night so we went through the trouble to make an appt, drop the car, uber home, go without a car for the day, make calls to even see what the results were and then they did nothing to it. Why make an appointment if the car is going to just sit there all day? We will NOT be back. More
