Adding payoffs to trades that are paid off, increasing Sales Tax behind the percentage allowed by the state, making first day to fist payment 300 days out to increase interest and close the customer at a way higher payment than is mathematically possible. Unfortunately, some people fall for it and they make $20k on a deal. I left this place in a hurry. If the Federal Trade Commission ever investigated this dealership, it would be insane the amount of fraud they would uncover. More

They insisted on a service contract, which is illegal under Texas Occupations Code § 1304.006. When we refused, Calvin Redmond walked off. Andrew Haines changed stories, violating Texas Bus. & Com. Code § 17.46(b)(12). Their conduct constitutes bait-and-switch, banned by § 17.46(b)(9) and FTC Act § 5. Luis Toledo removed the illegal contract but refused to match the advertised price, citing conflicting “fees.” That’s false under § 17.46(a) and (b)(12). The deal should have been: $23,394 price → $20,083 financed. They charged $22,958.43, violating TILA, Finance Code, and DTPA § 17.46(b)(11). Complaints will be filed with Texas AG, FTC, and Texas DMV Enforcement. Do not do business here. This dealership relies on deception and illegal add-ons. More

Sale person let me talk to him. He said He did not want to fix the issue and spend 200 dollars for diagnostics. I told him it just happened in few days why could you compromised customer. Then he kept forcing me that he could buy back but I have to buy a new one. I told him first I couldn’t afford over 25k and second I like to keep my Tacoma and please just tell me how much to fix also needs his help to lower the fixing cost. He said no without any respect. So bad for this treatment. We brought Tacoma back home and promised never buy from this dealer again. Lesson to learn is if you buy a used car from this dealer make sure you have mechanic with you to avoid problems happening later. Bad lucky for me that I tested around facility but not in the high way and problem came 4 days later. More

Dishonest tactics to get you in the dealership by promising a deal over the phone just to then beat you down for 4 hours to get close to the original price. If I could rate no stars I would. I purchased a 2023 Chevy Malibu 66k miles on 3/17/25. On 4/11 less than 30 days of having the vehicle the car shut off while driving. I called the sales representative Cade who told me to bring the car in. 4/12 I spend al day at the dealership only for them to say there is a recall on the vehicle and I need to take it to an actual Chevy dealership. No biggie. I call to make an appointment and over the phone I explain to the agent what happened she looked up the VIN and stated there was no recall on this vehicle. Now, since my car was working fine, and the check engine light was not on I did not go to the Chevy dealership because there was no recall. 6/3 the same thing happened so today 6/4 I went to a trusted shop and ran a diagnostic test where it showed everything was faulty but, my check engine light was not on. I called my sales rep, no answer. So I called Keaton Toyota where a rude and apathetic customer service rep in so many words stated it is no longer their problem. Take it to Chevy and hopefully my warranty covers the issues. The issue I have is this dealership needs to understand some people are spending their last for RELIABLE transportation and yall are selling LEMONS. I wouldn’t be surprised if this dealership is sued soon if it hasn’t happened already. More

They forced you to buy Apex GPS service for $6,000 when checking out. 1. It was fine the delaer added about $5,000 (accessories, etc ) more than MSRP because the other Toyota dealers did as well. The Keating saleman helped us to trade in our old car, and change the isurance policy for the new car. 3. They waited for everyting finished (trade in and insurance policy were done). The Keating finace told us there was extra $6,500 (Apex GPS system, contract and windshield protection) must be came with the total amount. After one hour negociation, we were forced to accept $2,100 dicount to finish the deal. We did feel like "Keating" is "Cheating". More

Stay away from these thieves. They are charging 2 times more than the other dealerships. Today (05/13/25) while Mike Culvert Toyota is charging $89.99 for 5 quarts oil change, the They are charging 2 times more than the other dealerships. This is my first and last business with cheaters. I will NEVER recommend this dealership for purchase or service as I unfortunately purchased and serviced for first and last time. More

On January 30, 2024 drove 3 hours from Austin, TX for a great price on a Toyota 2023 Venza that was advertised as Certified Pre-owned. When we got there learned that the "Certified Pre-owned" was only an o great price on a Toyota 2023 Venza that was advertised as Certified Pre-owned. When we got there learned that the "Certified Pre-owned" was only an option that it would be an additional 1.2K to the price if we wanted to add. This already felt deceptive, but we had driven a long way and it was still a good price so we went ahead with the purchase. I specifically asked if it included the first few oil changes like the Certified Pre-owned Lexus that we have and they said yes. Today I take the Venza for a routine oil change at the dealership and am told that the car is not "Pre-owned Certified." I called the dealer ship was hung up on, got no answer and then finally talked to someone who said they would look into it and call back, but it has been 90 minutes and I have not heard anything, so I am leaving the dealership. I doubt I will hear back for anyone, but I will update review if someone does contact me to make things right. Not sure what my legal recourse is, but so disappointed in this dealer and with Toyota in general. Amazing cars, horrible service. More
