Amazing customer service experience! While Getting our oil Changed on our 2017 CX-5 Grand Touring Mazda; (our 3rd Mazda to date) Sandra and I had time to Browse freely through the invento While Getting our oil Changed on our 2017 CX-5 Grand Touring Mazda; (our 3rd Mazda to date) Sandra and I had time to Browse freely through the inventory on the Keffer Hunterville lot. We looked at several new and preowned cars. We where politely Greeted by Mr. Cunningham. He was very humbling and asked us if he could show us any Vehicles. We First tested a preowned Lexus RX350; as we left the lot Sandra notice a 2019 Brightly Colored RED Mazda CX-5. Which we promptly tested once we return to The dealership. Mr. Cunningham was very helpful and polite as we asked him several questions at which he answered without Hesitation. Mr. Cunningham Was always listening to what Sandra and I was saying. He was easygoing and a pleasure to talk with. Once Sandra and I settled on a specific trim and option package; it was seamlessly easy to close the deal. There was no high pressure sales tactics or any other stress. Buying this Crossover was nothing short of a pleasurable experience for Sandra and I both. It was great to feel welcomed and appreciated by Richie, Cunningham and Kahm and the entire Staff at Keffer Mazda! I look forward to seeing Mr. Cunningham on my return trips for scheduled service.
