Terrible dealership that still uses "old school" tactics I recently came to this dealership to test drive a car I found online. I had talked to the salesman about pricing over the phone, and I thought we wer I recently came to this dealership to test drive a car I found online. I had talked to the salesman about pricing over the phone, and I thought we were in the right ballpark. The salesman himself was great; however, the management here is terrible. They try to hide useless fees inside the pricing structure (like nitrogen-filled tires?) that they say are mandatory, then make low-ball offers on trades. It would be easier to buy a car from Jabba the Hutt. Run far away from this place! More

Really, and keeping my keys to my car after asking for them seven times and then some and only after threatening to call 911 would they be given to me. Then I had to repeatedly ask for my driver license, credit card and proof of insurance after that. It felt like I was being held hostage until I bought a car from you. I said I was done and wanted to go but your sales manager Jorge Vazquez and Finance manager Demitru Cosicean seemed to keep wanting to work a deal about an hour and half after I said I wanted to leave. They also seemed pretty pissed as Demitru finally reached in his top drawer and handed me my proof of insurance which was the apparently really hard for him to do because asking several times did not mean much to him. Now after seeing all of the credit inquires after I left, just means that these two full grown men acted like babies and did it for spite. More

Stay away from this place This dealer is terrible. The customer service is horrible and the salesmen do not know anything about the vehicles they are selling. Bait and switch dealership! ! Mario, your dealership has put me through alot of stress and anxiety. .you lured me in with a check for $2,000..I was told I was approved over and o Mario, your dealership has put me through alot of stress and anxiety. .you lured me in with a check for $2,000..I was told I was approved over and over again and lied to over and over again by your finance guy and salesman..this is not how you should treat people..as a business owner you all should of been upfront from the beginning and I would of kept my old car..now I don't have anything. .I will now have lost wages from canceling clients because I have no car to see them. This is "unfair practice" I have a household to help with. For 4 months this has been going on. You asked me for more statements I sent them to you and you still had the truck taken not caring about what I'm going through. I'm very upset that this happened to me and hope your dealership doesn't do this to anyone else.!! Obviously something was going on that is why the GM guy doesn't work there and now your finance guy is gone?? Be careful when you try and purchase from this dealership. ..if they send you a deal in the mail to lure you in rip it up and go elsewhere! ! Happy Connecting.
