First off I'd like to say everybody was very nice from sales to service. My only issue is that Their pricing are VERY HIGH compared to other Ford Dealers in NJ and Long Island.. I called 6 Dealers the a sales to service. My only issue is that Their pricing are VERY HIGH compared to other Ford Dealers in NJ and Long Island.. I called 6 Dealers the average is 59.99 for "The Works" Keller is $99.99 Just because your the only player in town (Other then Chapman) I think you shouldn't take advantage of your customers. Everybody there was very friendly and attentive to my needs. They greeted my wife and I at the door and made sure who we were there to see and showed us to them. I will continue to go to Keller Bros then Chapman. They helped us even though our credit was as poor as you could get and we got our dream vehicle F150 Super Crew Cab. The staff at Keller Bros was not only professional but wanted to do anything they could to help us. We were 2 women going into buy a truck NOT one person spoke to us like we were stupid and didn’t have a clue. They listened and kind of laughed when I started checking out the engine and mechanical things under the truck. I am a part time mechanic so I know 100% what I want and what I am looking for and they provided it for us. They were patient totally understanding to our situation with everything. We worked with Marleyna Hershiser she is Amazing. We accidentally sent her a text about shoveling our sidewalks, was supposed to go to my son, and she was gonna come help us because I had a broken ankle and my partner was working. Truly Wonderful people I give Keller Bros 5+ stars. We were at Chapman 1st they didn’t really want to help us with anything poor service 2 bad experiences with Chapman. If your looking for a vehicle go to Keller. Love the fact they did the recall and didn’t try to sell me a bunch of repairs. I waited for my car they told me 45 min. And it was done in 35. Great job Keller Bros.
