I purchased a 2012 F150 and I am super thrilled with the truck itself. Salesman Mike Howard was very nice and used sales manager Ryan Oberholtzer was as well. Definitely do a great job making you feel like family. A few things I wasn't 100% thrilled with was that the truck didn't have a backup camera and I was quoted at a price that later turned out to be over 60% lower than the actual price. I was offered a small discount, but that was still going to be almost double the price I was quoted. The reason was the camera that used to be installed isn't available anymore. I would have preferred them saying "let me check on the price" before throwing a number out there. Also, I had to take the truck in for service on the rear window that needed replaced (defroster didn't work - discovered on inspection) and when I picked the vehicle up from the service center one of the magnets I had on the tailgate was missing. My third purchase from Keller Bros Ford I just traded in my 2014 Ford Focus SE on a 2018 Ford Fusion Sport, which is now the third vehicle I have purchased from Keller Bros (one pre-owned SU I just traded in my 2014 Ford Focus SE on a 2018 Ford Fusion Sport, which is now the third vehicle I have purchased from Keller Bros (one pre-owned SUV, two brand new Fords). I worked with Mike Howard, who was very helpful throughout the process and not once did he ever come across as pushy. We first spoke a few months back when I was starting my search and trying to narrow down my options. We drove a bunch of different vehicles to make sure I knew what I wanted, but he gave me space to get everything in order and decide what I wanted to do between then and now. Kudos to the whole team at Keller Bros, I will continue to recommend you guys and once again have a great experience to share. More
