I saw this SUV online which i was interested in, I live 500 miles a way I called the dealer and asked to see if there are any scratches or dents on the car and the overall condition of, both salesman replied with no dents or hardly any scratches, i asked if you can take a photo or 2 because the online images weren't clear, they replied everything is good no need for photos I doubled checked and no dent any where, so i took their word for it and took a flight to buy the SUV when i got there there was a dent by the gas opening, and couldn't back out of the sales because i have already put expenses into my traveling i took home, when i got home the trunk was muddy, dirty but the sales man said that they had it detailed, after few car washes more scratches started to appear because they had covered with wax and the wax washed off, its unfortunate the you try to believe people or give them a try to be honest and they screw you at the end so they can make a sale.

The service department will take advantage of you. They lied to me in saying that I need a $1200 repair on my van (I even purchased the 95 van new from them). The local car shop repaired it for $180. Outright lies from two or more employees in a single visit. A real turn off. Do not let your mother or sisters in there. They will eat them up with needless work and charge them $85+/per hour as the cha-ching them. Worse experience in a car dealer service since the 1980's.
