Great Employees We were in serious trouble car wise Monday when a Chevy dealership was supposed to replace a part on our car and never touched it all day. After speaking to Kim Collazo over the phone she went above and beyond her duties and put us in touch with another outstanding member of your team, Josh Suter. They worked together and got our part ordered Monday night and got our car in Tuesday and replaced the part. I truly hope you recognize BOTH these employees that went out of their way to take care of us. I'm not kidding when I say they both saved us because we would have been without a vehicle if not for these two. More

Never again I've had my car in here for numerous reasons, but the last time I had an issue with my antifreeze and a noise coming from my wheel well. They said i I've had my car in here for numerous reasons, but the last time I had an issue with my antifreeze and a noise coming from my wheel well. They said it was a fender issue, I knew it wasn't. 150 after they replaced that it still made the same noise and after they did their inspection of my antifreeze found no issues and AC was working perfectly. That weekend I had no ac and the same noise from my car, I called and told them an took it somewhere else and was fixed properly. I've also asked at almost every appt to check my brakes, always told they are fine. My boyfriend did my front brakes bc of the awful noise and low an behold they were done to the medal. Yet they found no issues at the dealership. Today my cars in for inspection and now needs the rear brakes to pass. Not having it done here since they didn't find that issue before! Getting my sticker and never coming back! More

There is always follow up to check our satisfaction and asking for feedback and we appreciate a dealer wanting input to continuously strive for improvement, though we have not had any issues.
