Incredible customer service So I have bought plenty of vehicles from all of Kellys’ dealership. My particular favorite is Kelly Buick GMC. The staff in sales here has always been so helpful and welcoming. I most recently brought one of my vehicles in for service Moriah was the advisor who helped me, and every single time I come in, she is just a breath of fresh air. She is always so helpful with figuring out what my vehicle does and doesn’t need. But so, after checking in I was browsing around the lot, and Nick Paxos in sales began helping me out. We talked over some vehicles, and he took me for a test drive in the Honda. I fell inlove!!! He worked numbers with me, and he was able to get my payment where I financially needed it. I will most definitely be coming back to Nick for any car I ever want, and to Moriah in service to get my vehicle up to date! More

An anazing experience! I bought a 17 Buick encore 10/31 and had gotten a nail of some sort in my front passenger side tire. Amazing employees I've recently purchased a Buick skylark from a private buyer and I haven't the slightest clue on where to take it in for service since I've been burne I've recently purchased a Buick skylark from a private buyer and I haven't the slightest clue on where to take it in for service since I've been burned before at other dealerships. Lo and behold I was recommended to contact Moriah on setting up an appointment I couldn't have had a better experience. She was extremely courteous over the phone and we even shared a few hearty laughs. She made me feel right at home and you can bet your bottom dollar I'll be recommending her to all of my Buick and gmc friends. 2 thumbs up! More

Oil change gone wrong I had my daughter's oil changed at a previous Chevy dealership and they used an impact gun to tighten the drain plug. Needless to say, when I attempte I had my daughter's oil changed at a previous Chevy dealership and they used an impact gun to tighten the drain plug. Needless to say, when I attempted to change the oil, the drain plug was over tightened and partially rounded. I took it to Moriah the service rep and she assured me that they would be able to rectify the situation quickly. Oil was changed, drain plug replaced and service engine light remedied.
