Proud GMC Owner I brought my GMC Acadia in for a transmission issue. LeeAnn put me in a rental car right away and was very sweet and patient with me. She went over exactly what the technician was going to do. She also shared with me that Andrew was the shop's trans tech and that he was an "A" tech which had me at ease. She even introduced me to him. I liked knowing that the person who was working on my vehicle had the experience and knowledge that I was paying for. My transmission overhaul was done in promptly two days. She called me several times with updates. Best of all, my car is working better than ever. Car Service I have a 2010 Nissan Maxima that needed to get serviced for an oil change and a problem my car had shaking when I would brake after being on the highw I have a 2010 Nissan Maxima that needed to get serviced for an oil change and a problem my car had shaking when I would brake after being on the highway. The problem ended up being the routers which weren't covered with the warranty I purchased. LeeAnn in the service department went the extra mile to speak with the General Manager and together they decided to take care of the problem without a charge to me. I totally appreciate everything they did for me. I would recommend Kelly GMC in the Lehigh Valley to anyone. Thanks again! More
I was at Kelly Buick to have my 2007 Chevy Impala looked at from work done on the heads of the engine. Unfortunately they were warped and then Nick Paxos stepped in and worked up a deal on a 2007, Buick La at from work done on the heads of the engine. Unfortunately they were warped and then Nick Paxos stepped in and worked up a deal on a 2007, Buick LaCross that was exceptional. Nick was concerned that our 2007 Chevy was in serious trouble and he took me around the lot looking at various used cars to find one of my interest. The 2007 Buick LaCross turned out to be the car and he worked with the Sales Manager to get us the best deal possible, which happened. Nick did not pressure me in any way to purchase from Kelly and went out of his way to see that we got what we wanted and the car we wanted for the price we wanted. A few weeks ago, at 120,000 miles, my Enclave was having transmission problems. Knowing how much I depend on my car, Eric made sure the job was diagnosed by his most experienced tech. They presented me with a couple options for the repair and quoted me a very good price. The car was ready when promised and drives like it is brand new. In our opinion Connie has gone above and beyond what anyone could possibly expect in the line of ser Kelly Buick service representative Connie Kern. In our opinion Connie has gone above and beyond what anyone could possibly expect in the line of service from a dealership. I was in the hospital and missed my service appointment. Because it is unusual for me to miss a scheduled appointment, Connie called to see if there was something wrong. Upon learning that I was hospitalized she rescheduled the appointment for after my discharge. She expressed concern over whether or not I would be able to drive to the dealership for the appointment and offered to pick up the car at my house and return it after the servicing. We feel that Connie should be commended for providing the type of exceptional service that one does not ordinarily see in this day and age. She is a genuine example of the kind of service that will keep us coming back to Kelly Buick. More
