I was in for an oil change on my Yukon, and explained to our salesman Mike Holmwood how disappointed we are in our new Terrain gas mileage. He stated that he would make Service Manager aware of it, that it our salesman Mike Holmwood how disappointed we are in our new Terrain gas mileage. He stated that he would make Service Manager aware of it, that it could just be a computer adjustment on the car to get gas mileage where it is rated to be, that they have seen that before on Terrain's. I plan to make an appointment in near future to have this checked. Earlier this year Mike and the Service Manager were very helpful in getting work done on my 2009 Yukon (torque converter replaced) to get it working as it should after the transmission was having some problems. I have gone into kelly GMC Buick on several occssions and each have dealt with Eric. He has always been couteous and friendly and always upfront about service recommendations and repairs. He is one of the few people who will take the time and walk me back into the service department to show me whats wrong and allow me to speak with technician working on the car, nothing like show n tell. I was very pleased with the Servie department at Kelly Buick GMC. When I scheduled the appointment with LeeAnn she was very nice and accomadating. They were both friendly and easily answered my questions. Eric called me prompty when my vehicle was finnished and I was shuttled back to the dealership. My visit was wrapped up and I was set to go. It was nice going to a dealership that was so accomadating. I will return for future visits. More

My husband and I recently took our Buick LaCross to Kelly Buick for service. While waiting for the vehicle we decided to look at cars in the showroom. We had no intentions of buying a new car. Here we met N Buick for service. While waiting for the vehicle we decided to look at cars in the showroom. We had no intentions of buying a new car. Here we met Nick Paxos who showed us these models and asked if we would like to drive one, which we did. He was very helpful and thorough in describing each vehicle. Speaking with Nick and Jim we were given information and advantages for leasing a car, which we had never done before. We were satisfied with their information and decided to go this was. Nick was very friendly, helpful, and concerned that we might choose the right car. He also helped to set up On Star, Radio, and phone. He also listened to all our concens and followed through with what we asked or needed. We were very satisfied with all the help and concern from all involved with this leasing. Bruce sold us a 2002 Saturn L200 back in 2005 and this car has been a great vehicle for us. It now has 120,000 miles on it and it still keeps ticking and it has taken quite a licking.
