Jeep Wrangler to Jeep Grand Cherokee Decided to trade my Wrangler on a used Grand Cherokee. I spoke to an associate on the phone told them I wanted to trade in my Wrangler and was lookin Decided to trade my Wrangler on a used Grand Cherokee. I spoke to an associate on the phone told them I wanted to trade in my Wrangler and was looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. When I arrived at the dealership Tom Muller was assigned to help me. He immediately went to my Jeep Wrangler asked me questions about it and took some pictures to get the ball rolling on an offer. He then showed me the Grand Cherokee Limited on the lot and asked which one I would like to take a test drive in. I chose a Black 2014. We took a test drive and Tom was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. After the test drive they made me an offer on my Jeep which was more than fair and they showed me a range of payments. I asked for slightly lower payments so they upped the offer on my Jeep and a sale was made. They listened to what I wanted and they got it done. I was at another dealer earlier in the day and had the complete opposite experience. It was refreshing to know Kelly and Tom were listening to my need More
