Salesman was fantastic, but upper management Ronny Risi was fantastic to work with. He was easy to talk to. He did a great job finding me a vehicle that fit me. The manager that was there the day that I first showed up was great, too. But the day we actually bought the vehicle, I was very disappointed by the financial manager. I witnessed him being openly critical with multiple employees. I found him to be sarcastic. I felt like everything I saw from him should have been done behind closed doors without the customer witnessing it. But maybe his behavior made me appreciate Ronny even more. Ronny showed so much more personality and professionalism than that man. More
