We were able to negotiated the price of the vehicle and the finance rate to what met our expectations. The jeep was nicely prepped, with a full tank of gas the next day when we picked it up. Jeff took the time to explain the features of the Jeep and answer any question we had. My only regret is that when you are promised free life time inspection it should be made clear at that time that the emission test is not included. Since dealer emission test are considerable more cost than your corner garage I probable will not use the free inspection option . There are scratches on the front bumper that need to be resolved. I'll hold my final evaluation till I see how log it takes to repair. More
