He was very personable, honest, and highly knowledgeable. At the same time, if he didn't know the answer to one of our questions, he told us so instead of making something up. He was laid back and focused on our needs without pushing us to make a decision. He didn't try to keep us from leaving so we could shop around, but of all the salesman we dealt with that day, he was by far our favorite and in the end, it wasn't just the car that drew us back to Kelly. When we were ready to buy the Outlander, he made sure we got the best deal on the car, stayed late that night to finish our paperwork and help my wife set up her bluetooth, and even called the next day to make sure we had everything we needed. Joe went out of his way for us from the moment we walked in the door, before we even decided to buy anything, to after our purchase was made and he had already earned his commission.
