I knew that I wanted an SUV , but was not sure exactly which make or model that I preferred. Mr Crail let me drive 3 of them , and was more than patient as he took the time to show me every model. In my past experience with sales people they have tended to become pushy , and more than impatient when you do not say yes right away, but this was not the case with Robert. After we selected the Jeep of choice Robert showed me what he referred to as the vehicle report card. He actually made me copies of the report to show my husband. Two days later I , and my husband returned to Kelly ,and Robert re showed us the Jeep , and made my spouse drop his guard to the point where he was actually laughing and joking with Robert. I am happy with my Compass , and plan to drive it for a long time. Thank you Robert. More

Upon entering the service bay and entering the service department, I was greeted warmly and tended to promptly. While checking in, I was informed of the services being rendered as well as a recall they we department, I was greeted warmly and tended to promptly. I was given a approximate wait time of 45 minutes and proceeded to sit down in the waiting area (after being offered a beverage). Approximately 20 minutes had passed and I was approached by Dave Vrabel who informed me that my vehicle was ready to go. He spent the time to address what was covered with my car during the visit, allow me to ask questions, as well as to extend his personal business card if I had any questions or issues after I left. Thank you Kelly service team and Dave Vrabel for making what is usually a headache a very nice experience. More
