I went in to look for a new Ram truck. I was met by Kara who was very knowledgeable and friendly. During my visit, she learned of my background and very courteously introduced me to another sales associate who was very knowledgeable and friendly. What impressed me greatly about Kara outside of her professionalism was her willingmess to share/give up her commission or however salary is determined at the dealership. This shows not only professionalism but a true dedication to Kelly by her. That kind of loyalty is usually unrecognized and needed to be shared !! More

I was returning home from a disappointing trip to a different dealer. My wife was looking for Jeeps for sale at other agencies that were on our way. When we arrived, the car was out front along with Mr. Crail. The car looked to be exactly as advertised and the test drive confirmed it. Although the shop was now closed and a look on the lift was no longer possible, Kelly's three day buyback policy would provide time to further evaluate my purchase. My offer to buy was accepted with minimal delay. Sandra Smith was given the paperwork which she completed without delay. All together the transaction was completed in about an hour and fifteen minutes. My hour and a half ride home was pleasant except for traffic conditions. This was certainly one of the most pleasant automobile purchases that I can remember. More

We recently went to Kelly to look for a new jeep. Joe Kuhns was very helpful to us in deciding which model to buy. He was very knowledgeable about the product. My heart was on purchasing a new Jeep Wrangler, but it needed to fit within my budget. I first met Joe K., who was extremely friendly from beginning to end. He wasn't too pushy and was able to answer all of my questions promptly. Himself, along with Brian R. took on the task to find a Wrangler within the means of my liking and my budget. They searched for two days until they finally found something that I was able to afford. Brian was extremely helpful with helping me finance and giving suggestions as to what packages I should have and what I necessarily didn't need, without going over budget. These two worked awesome as a team! I appreciate all of the hard work they spent contacting other dealerships and finding the best deal they could for me. The salesmen we dealt with were very friendly and nice to work with. No pressure sales, though we did research their website to find the vehicle we wanted to test drive. And when a minor key mix up problem occurred they were quick to fix it. We did not rate the customer service or quality of work yet as we have not yet had the vehicle in for service. But I would like to mention that although the car was clean and shinny on the outside, the person/s who clean the inside are not very detail minded. There was empty cigarette packs in the center console and minor stains and marks that could have easily been cleaned before putting out for sale or done while we did the paper work ! We have purchased quite a few vehicles in our lifetime, new and used, and the whole process was pretty fast, easy , and stress free! Thanks Guys! More
