My wife & I took immediate notice during our conversation with Don that he was very courteous and friendly and he made us feel like family. We found him to be very knowledgeable. He wasn't overzealous and he created a very amicable atmosphere during our visit at Kelly. Don subsequently located the vehicle we were looking for and offered it to us at a very fair price. Kelly offered to us a very fair price for our trade. During the visited we had an opportunity to speak with Brian Spengler who is also a sales representative. We found Brian to be very courteous and friendly as he approached and welcomed us to Kelly as he introduced himself to us. We had an opportunity to speak with him as well and he took the time to answer some questions about the nomenclature of the vehicle we were interested in buying. We subsequently made our purchase at Kelly and during the process we had an opportunity to meet Mike Curay, a representative of the Kelly finance department. We found Mike to be extremely capable and a real gentleman. It was through the efforts of Mike Curay that we were able to obtain finance at a very affordable rate. We want to take this opportunity to advise the aforementioned staff, Don Prior, Brian Spangler and Mike Curay, that we rate our buying experience as being the best because of your combined effort.
