Buying a car can be either a bad or good experience. Most of us don't like the whole process of negotiation between cost of purchase and trade-in value. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and affable, with-out the slightest hint of high-pressure sales tactics. He listened to what we wanted, and did not want, in the Jeep we purchased and found us the exact vehicle we were looking for...right down to exterior/interior colors. No compromises necessary.
