One week ago I picked up my new Dodge Avenger and just needed to write about the excellent experience I had while shopping and purchasing this vehicle. I drove onto the lot with no idea what I was looking for but had some different vehicles in mind. The minute I walked through the doors I was greeted with a smile and a handshake from Brian Reichenbach. Brian also greeted my father who was with me but his attention stayed on me as I was the one purchasing the vehicle. He asked why I was there and wanted to make sure we picked out a car that was suitable to my needs and desires. Brian and I started chatting getting to know a better idea of what I was looking for. It was during that conversation that Brian won my sale because of his focus on 'me and my wants' not the 'sale' itself. His knowledge of the various makes and models available impressed me. He even got me to test drive a vehicle (the Avenger) I had no desire in due to the test drive I took it one four years ago. When we checking out the Avenger in the lot and driving it on I-78, Brian was sharing his knowledge of the car's features and explained several different aspects that the Avenger offers a driver. It was after the test drive that Brian and Larry urged me to take the car over night but my nerves kept saying 'no'. I think it was after about 15 minutes of coaxing I drove the Avenger home that evening. When I returned with the car Brian, Larry, and I worked out a deal that all parties were happy with. Larry is/was one of the greatest managers I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with anywhere. I didn't feel any pressure to buy the Avenger when speaking to Brian or Larry. Both my father and I had the feeling that they wanted what was best for me. The experience as a whole was painless and pleasurable!
