Very friendly, good product knowledge. My wife especially liked him. When Chris wasn't available Zack was very helpful showing me how to install my cell phone directory into the Uconnect feature. I will recommend Kelly and these two Sales Associates to my friends. ( Just stay away from Larry !! ) More

i bought a jeep wrangler unlimited from this dealership. i am used to buying my vehicles from lexus or toyota, and this was a shock to me. i planned to select the vehicle on the internet, and then pay f i am used to buying my vehicles from lexus or toyota, and this was a shock to me. i planned to select the vehicle on the internet, and then pay for it and pick it up. i did select the vehicle i wanted on the internet. i was contacted the same day by mike jordan from kelly. he told me i needed to come in that day to get the vehicle. he said their month was ending and he needed to make a sale and could offer me a great vehicle at a great price.....so.....on a hot saturday afternoon in the summer i left my family and my guests to drive 20 miles to purchase my vehicle. when i got to the dealership i had nothing to do. nothing was prepared for me. there was no vehicle to see. frankly, michael jordan had almost no idea of how the vehicles were equipped (as an example he thought thee standard transmission had five forward gears....it in fact has 6 forward gears). i did learn that michael jordan supervised 60 employees as a school supervisor, that he had a doctorate, that he was divorced. i also got a lot of editorial comments on my income. as i recall, i left with nothing done i did select the car the next day. when i went to pay for it, i was told it had been sold??!! ultimately, the sales manager found me a car, and i did get my jeep. shortly after that i was pullled over by the local police.....the dealer never put on an inspection sticker! i was detained for 45 minutes and for awhile believed i was going to be hauled off to jail. the sales manager blamed michael jordan for not putting on the inspection sticker. i then needed to leave the car for a bit of work. michael jordan gave me a loaner car while compaining about his management. the loaner had no gas. michael jordan advised me to fill the tank up and he would reimburse me. i did do that. when i came in the sales manager told me i would not be reimbursed and did not stand by what michael jordan had committed. i picked up the car on july 6. all the jeep paperwork suggested i go to jeep.com to register the vehicle. it is now august 30 and i am still unable to go to jeep to register the car. i have spoken with several people at the dealership and the only answer i can get is"why would you want to register the car?" so...the vehicle is actually pretty good (although i wouldnt buy it again). i have been abused, almost arrested, lied to about gas expense, made to drive with no plan in mind upon arrival, and told i could get the deal of the century so that the saleman could make the month. is that a normal experience for kelly when selling a jeep? More

Christian was an extreme pleasure to work with. He made the entire car buying experience a breeze. In past experiences with car dealerships, they were unwilling to work with us on what we wanted. Christi the entire car buying experience a breeze. In past experiences with car dealerships, they were unwilling to work with us on what we wanted. Christian made everything happen. We told him what we wanted to put down, pay a month and he kept working until our requirements were met. He was even willing to go out of the way on our test drive to get papers we forgot when we arrived at the dealership. I can't forget to mention that he stayed late on a Saturday to make sure we were satisfied with our experience. If you want a pleasurable car buying experience, I recommend visiting the dealership and seeing Christian! More
