After they finally spelled my name right and figured out I was still under warranty to replace my Sportage engine (this took 3 days), they were a bit nicer to me. When we arrive back home in Tucson, AZ I I was still under warranty to replace my Sportage engine (this took 3 days), they were a bit nicer to me. When we arrive back home in Tucson, AZ I had my car checked again at our KIA Dealership since my check engine light came on again. Turns out we paid for new hoses that we didn't need ($431), they put our original sparkplugs with over 80,000 miles on them into a new engine (which cause the engine to misfire) and overfilled the oil by a full quart. Also, they did not steam clean the engine area when replacing the engine. They did wash and vacuum my car before returning though. More
