I don’t remember the gentlemen’s name that helped me, but he was super helpful. I had a cracked windshield on top of my oil change and he made call to the warranty department and also asked his boss if they he was super helpful. Even though the dealership didn’t fix windshields, he gave me the name of a shop who would. He also kept me updated on time of when it would be done as I had a prior obligation I needed to attend to. Its a great company to buy from, only the truck that I purchased has problems with the display. It works but it is so slow to change anything entered takes forever to change the screen? Let me tell you why. 1) NO PRESSURE - there is a laid back sales process that doesn't steer you to something you don't want. You decide! 2) Service - The salesman I was using was off from work and came in to help me and my family. He didn't shift me on to someone else. He did the work! 3) Professionalism - everyone here treats you with such respect and they take pride in their products. 4) Warranty - 100,000 miles for 10 years? Can't beat it. 5) Extra mile - they address the whole family. Everyone is important to them and they make it known.
