No matter if I was talking to customer service, finance manager, salesperson or walking past any other worker; everyone was happy, polite and respectful. I couldn't ask for more. It was fun to be there. Unfortunately, I had visited 2 other dealerships which were very far away and had so-so service, awful pricing,stupid gimmicks & an uncomfortable environment in that there wasn't privacy with your salesperson discussing the money figures. I am so grateful Freedom Hyundai had no gimmicks, presented the Kelley blue book paper and actually listened to what I wanted and what I could afford. I never had people respond so well and work so hard for me in almost anything I've ever bought! Plus, I never once felt like I was being pushed or coerced into purchasing something I didn't want. We were so impressed as soon as we walked in the door because Brian greeted us and asked us if we already had an appt with anyone or just looking.We told him that we called and spoke with jennifer and sa because Brian greeted us and asked us if we already had an appt with anyone or just looking.We told him that we called and spoke with jennifer and said we would be coming in around 12 noon to look at the genesis and sonata cars. He brought jennifer out to see us and it turned out that we knew her from our home town of mcadoo and she was so professional and friendly. she then told us that brian would be taking care of us today and show us all the cars and wished us luck. He showed us exactly what we wanted to see and let us test drive anything. he is very personable,respectful and professional.we ended up buying a brand new silver blue sonata for our daughter who is in chiropractic school in florida and we are driving it down to her next week to surprise her.we were thrilled how easy the car buying process went with brian ,he was up front about everything,easy so deal with and talk with and we didnt feel ripped off at anytime.the price that was on the car was the exact same price thatr we saw on the internet and nothing was inflated or overpriced. we love the price point of this car and the 10 year warranty....amazingto buy a car with such ease!!!!!!!!!! we would recommend this dealership to everyone wanting to buy any car and remember it as a pleasant experience.
