I was very satisfied with the service I received at Hamburg Toyota. Living in Pittsburgh I originally dealt with Matt Miller on the chat application through the website. He was very helpful in answering some of my questions about the vehicle (2011 Toyota Venza) and verifying the VIN. He also helped me to put down a deposit on the car to hold it until I was able to come see it at which point I was referred to Weston kemmerer. Weston was very up front and helpful with everything from the moment I walked in the door. He had the car ready for a test drive as soon as I walked in. He was able to to explain all of the features of the car to me in detail and clarify some further questions that I had. He walked me through the entire process explaining all of the paperwork, financing, trade-in, etc requirements and procedures. He was also very friendly and took time out to keep me updated on the status of my paperwork and financing applications while working with other clients. Once everything was finalized he even helped me get my home address set up as the new home address in the nav system and get my phone hooked up properly with the bluetooth interface. He even recommended a good place to get lunch before I hit the road home. Very good service, prices, cars, and very friendly people. Despite the long drive, I'd absolutely come back in the future.
