Nicky did a great job. He was very responsive. I was having car trouble on the afternoon before Thanksgiving. I got the car towed up to Freedom, and Nicky got it diagnosed right away. He did that on Friday, right away, and he also noticed that my inspection was due (which I had forgotten to mention to him).
