I had a problem with my Corolla not starting. Dealership told me it was the fuse box $700.00. My warranty ran out at 75,000 miles and my car is at 94,000 miles. We are on our 4th Toyota. The first was a Camry, then a Prius, the Corolla and a new Rav4. I have been a loyal Toyota buyer and customer and feel I should be entitled to some financial relief with the bill. I was greeted by Erin Tobias when I recently visited Freedom Toyota/Scion. I found her to be a very helpful and friendly. My visit was because there was a Scion event that the dealership sponsored. While I was there I asked about their Parts Department and they actually walked me right over to the counter so I could purchase the parts needed for my '08 Scion xB. When I left the parts counter I walked over to check out Scions current lineup, including the new FR-S. A salesperson came over to see if I had any questions. We chatted about the new models and I never felt like he was pressuring me to buy. I regret not getting the names of all the employees i interacted with that day. Everyone I dealt with left me with the impression that Freedom Toyota/Scion would be the obvious choice for my next Scion. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a car, parts or service. More
