After having an terrible accient, which totaled my husbands car, we recieved a letter in the mail from Freedom. The letter stated they were helping people who filed bankruptcy get approved for new veh husbands car, we recieved a letter in the mail from Freedom. We felt horrible about the accident, we thought for sure we would NEVER get approved and would have to live with just one car. That couldn't even be an option we thought. We walked into Freedom and was immediatly greeted by a friendly face Mr. Reggie Brown. He asked if he could help us. I felt like saying its going to be a challenge but sure you can. After telling him our situation, he didn't seem discouraged or treat us different like many other dealers did. Everything ran super smooth and very quick unlike alot of other dealers. Needless to say Freedom got us approved for a 2010 Toyota Tundra, which he LOVES by the way. We are definetly going back in January/February to get a car for me!!! More

My first introduction to this establishment was to Jennifer for Internet Sales over the telpehone. She was extremely friendly and professional. Jennifer then introduced me to Brian, the young man who opened the door. He was courteous without knowing we were initally there for Jennifer. Brian conducted the research in attempt to find us a used car. He was sincere and took his time. A breath of fresh air from a typical sales person. What I liked most about Brian was that he listened to me and looked me in the eye. He was not in a rush to sell us a car. He was making every effort to help us find the appropriate program and vehicle. There was no personal agenda. Raj was very nice to me when we went to freedom Toyota. He showed us several different vehicles but did not push us to buy.
