My first introduction to this establishment was to Jennifer for Internet Sales over the telpehone. She was extremely friendly and professional. At my actual visit to the dealership, I was pushing my daughter in her stroller. A young man met us at the door and opened it for us. Jennifer then introduced me to Brian, the young man who opened the door. He was courteous without knowing we were initally there for Jennifer. Brian conducted the research in attempt to find us a used car. He was sincere and took his time. A breath of fresh air from a typical sales person. What I liked most about Brian was that he listened to me and looked me in the eye. He was not in a rush to sell us a car. He was making every effort to help us find the appropriate program and vehicle. There was no personal agenda. I will definitely recommend others to your dealership and will return to purchase future vehicles. Brian, thank you very much for being a courteous and professional gentleman. Raj was very nice to me when we went to freedom Toyota. He showed us several different vehicles but did not push us to buy.
