My wife and I purchased a 2011 Prius at Freedom Toyota Scion in July. We are very happy with our new car, and just as happy with our experience at the dealership. We went to Hamburg from Harrisburg because we heard that nobody beats Freedom’s prices. After our car buying experience, we agree. But Freedom also has something that other dealerships do not: Dan Elliott. We began our car shopping several months ago at Freedom. We looked at a 2008 Prius, which we eventually decided against. We spent the next several weeks visiting many of the dealerships in the Harrisburg area. During this time, we interacted with numerous salespeople. Dan set himself apart in the following ways. Although the first car we looked at did not work out, Dan continued to email us with new choices. Many other salespeople said that they too would do this. They did not, Dan did. And we are glad, because he eventually emailed us the information on the car we now own. Dan explained the ins and outs of the Prius, highlighting the advantages of the Prius over other hybrids. He detailed how Toyota’s hybrid technology is several years ahead of Honda’s, the other manufacturer that we were considering. Most importantly, we liked Dan. Many of the salespeople we met made us feel uncomfortable and pressured. Dan came off as genuine and honest. We felt that he had our best interest at heart, and that meant everything to us. We couldn’t be happier with our car, and we strongly recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to stop by Hamburg and talk to Dan Elliot at Freedom Toyota Scion. More

I was referred to this dealership by my neighbor Nick Gentilli who works at Freedom in the service department. I was originally impressed by the size of the facility and the amount of vehicles they had i Gentilli who works at Freedom in the service department. The dealership was a bit busy when I arrived but I was still given 100% attention from all staff members with any questions I had. Every member of the staff was friendly and courteous. I found the exact model I was looking for with all the options and even the color I wanted. Before I drove away I was shown around my vehicle and they even helped set-up my entune. The car was washed and detailed and I drove it home with no problems. I would recommend Freedom Toyota to anyone looking to purchase or servce their vehicle. More

Just purchased a 2002 MR2 ( not from here) and had ordered some parts including a new key. iIn the mean time I lost the one key I had and had the car taken to Freedom.
