We were introduced to Raj, our "life improvement specialist." Turns out, he was indeed not your typical car salesman, but someone who really listened to what you were looking for and paid attention to your concerns and questions, and was able to answer those questions. The few he didn't have answers to, he investigated immediately, and got back to us promptly. He knew what his inventory was all about, and what his competitors had sitting on their lots, and wasn't afraid to talk about the pros and cons of each in terms of our needs. There was no pressure whatsoever to buy, and it was a real pleasure talking to him. We were happy with their no -haggle pricing, and feel we got a fair and honest deal on our new Tundra. They have a lot of after-the-sale perks of which we will surely take advantage, like picking up your car and returning it to you when it needs servicing! tire could have fallen off Took my 2012 Prius in for oil change and tire rotation, as I have many times before. Made a lot of noise when driving home, but thought it was just t Took my 2012 Prius in for oil change and tire rotation, as I have many times before. Made a lot of noise when driving home, but thought it was just the tires adjusting since I was late in rotating them. The next day, it was worse and my husband made me stop to look at the driver's side front tire where the noise seemed to be coming from. Discovered that the tire was very wobbly and he twisted off one of the lug nuts by hand. We dug out the wrench and spent five minutes making sure all of the lug nuts were tightened on all of the tires (the driver's side front was the only one that was loose). I'm very happy the tire didn't fall off. More
