Very dissappointed Took truck to Freedom Toyota for service. When I went to get in my truck to go home, I noticed a yellow stripe across my back door and rear quarter pa Took truck to Freedom Toyota for service. When I went to get in my truck to go home, I noticed a yellow stripe across my back door and rear quarter panel, and scratches in the door. I brought it to the service rep’s attention, and he said he would have his recon guy look at it. When he brought the truck back, the yellow stripe was gone, but I was left with touched up scratches on my door. When I said I wasn’t happy that I was left with scratches, I was told there was absolutely no way the damage could have been done there. Since I knew there was no damage when I dropped the truck off, I asked who I could talk to. I was told the service manager will be back tomorrow and I could talk to him. I will be calling him tomorrow, and I will not be visiting Freedom Toyota again. Unfortunately, this was not my first bad experience with them. But it will be my last. More
