Working on a cure for bad car dealers I have nothing but fantastic things to say about Freedom and the people that work there. I wish the weather had been better so he didn't have to keep going out in the rain but there's nothing we can do about that. They have gone over and beyond their means to fix my problem with my kia soul. I am very impressed with the way they took their time and effort to look for facts that i missed. A life changing purchase! My wife and I came into the dealership with a leased 2016 RAV4 that was causing us to worry about the mileage we had been putting on the car. We were My wife and I came into the dealership with a leased 2016 RAV4 that was causing us to worry about the mileage we had been putting on the car. We were able to get out of the lease and purchase a new 2017 RAV4 that was affordable and more comfortable than than the 2016 model. Our sales consultant, Raj Majumdar, was the answer to our prayers, literally. It was our second purchase from him and when he realized that we were there looking for a solution to our mileage problem, he was quick to solve our problem. Health problems and other issues had caused us to travel to the Lehigh Valley (PA) from our home in Schuylkill County (PA) several times a week for almost a year. We had put 22,000 miles on the car in just under a year. Raj took a minute to figure a solution and within three hours we were driving home in a 2017 RAV4. We are repeat customers at Freedom Toyota and plan to return in the future. Great job, Raj. More

Worst Car Went to this dealership thru word of mouth. My sales man jasten prutzman was the greatest guy in the world and still is I say this because their is on Went to this dealership thru word of mouth. Called Kia they send me to outten Kia to do a paint assignment on the vehicle. The paint comes back as 3 different colors. Which means this car was painted over. Took the car to Fred beans to fix comes to find out car was crashed in front and back. Freedom Toyota is now saying they had no idea this happen. Which I find very hard to believe. My Kia only had 20.000 thousand miles on it. When I told them what can I do they said they can paint it but I have to pay. lol it's been 4 weeks I have not herd one word from them. This is total BS do not buy crashed cars from these people. I will be contacting a lawyer and will give them bad reviews in every web site possible. I will even contact local news. So no one can go thru what iam going thru. More
