When we selected vehicles we were interested in, Raj guided us through all of the vehicles features prior to the test drive. Raj was also able to answer any questions we had, and his knowledge of the vehicles was readily apparent. Also, during the process, we were able to discuss our trade and purchase with Ray, the Customer Experience Manager. Ray was very frank and matter-of-fact when discussing the process, After our purchase, our finance and processing were handled by Jermain, who was very efficient and knowledgeable. All of the above mentioned staff were also very courteous, and treated us with the utmost respect throughout our purchase experience.
