A God Ordained Experience My husband and I were on our way from Trumbull, CT to Knoxville, TN when our car began giving us a lot of trouble in the hills of PA. Eventually, we had to get off an exit and pull into a gas station parking lot, where our car died. Freedom Toyota happened to be across a field from where our car ended up and we walked across the field, knowing we were going to need to buy a car that day! We walked up to Doug Murphy, and from the first moment, to the last he made our whole experience one we will never forget. I have been back for service once so far and have been treated great. I purchased my car from Brian Long and everything was just as they said with my car. He helped me with my concerns and everything I needed to understand my car, even with my use of connecting my phone. Since I do not understand a lot about the computer systems, He took the time to help. Brian still even after the sale has not ignored any of my questions and answered immediately any of my concerns about the car. I was just in recently and asked for accessories for this car and within days over the weekend he was contacting me to let me know they have what I wanted. Awesome !! Brian is like part of the family whenever I stop in at the dealership, even take my dog in to say Hi. I do recommend Brian and this dealership if anyone asks about where I got my car.
