Great Dealership I just took delivery of my 2017 Toyota Camry SE. I walked into the dealership late at night with about 45 minutes until closing time. They knew I ha I just took delivery of my 2017 Toyota Camry SE. I walked into the dealership late at night with about 45 minutes until closing time. They knew I had already received financing through my credit union. This would have meant another trip back once I received the check from the bank. Raj made sure that everything could be finalized with my transaction so another trip would not be necessary. The finance manager worked on the deal and by about 9:30, I left the dealership and had everything finalized. The transaction was a smooth process and everyone was very friendly. They made sure I was completely satisfied with the service they provided. I recommend everyone check out Freedom Auto Group in Hamburg for their next car purchase. More

Surpassed my expectations by far! Well worth the trip here! Freedom Toyota was the best dealership experience I've ever had. They sell their vehicles for some of the best prices I've seen on the east coast WITH Freedom Toyota was the best dealership experience I've ever had. I called there asking about the truck I saw online and Jennifer Andes answered every question I had over the phone and e-mails VERY quickly! Within a couple minutes after getting off the phone with her, I had more pictures and a full carfax of the vehicle I was interested in sent to my e-mail. She was very prompt with calling me and e-mailing back. She made sure the truck was still going to be there while I made the trip to Freedom Toyota. When I got there, all the staff were down to earth, but very professional and friendly. I had Doug Murphy as my salesman and I couldn't have asked for more. I was very liery about going to a dealership to look for a used Toyota with a mind set that I'll just get a salesman that's going to sell me whatever they think is best. That was absolutely NOT the case with Doug Murphy. I knew what I wanted, and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He never once asked me if I wanted a newer truck with less options to stay in my budget. I knew exactly what I wanted, and Doug went well above and beyond any salesman that I've ever encountered to help me get the vehicle of my choice. He is very experienced and doesn't treat his customers as his "next paycheck" walking through the door like some salesman I've interacted with at other dealerships. I took a road trip accross a few states to Freedom Toyota to purchase my truck. After my experience there, they have a customer for life. More

Used car prices are firm (til you walk away) Drove over an hour to see a used Highlander. Dealt w/Doug Murphy (nice enough). Made a very reasonable cash offer. Got a call a day or so later ftom Doug saying they wanted to talk some more. Too late - on the way home from Freedom we found another Highlander online w/less miles and a better price to boot which we ultimately (seamlessly) purchased. Really? we drove all that way and were ready to buy cash and they want to play games? THEY LOSE!! Love my 2012 Blizzard White Highlander w/19,000 miles!! More
