NO PRESSURE Weston approached us about 10 minutes after we arrived. The RAV4 lacked the roof rack crossbars and the dealership promised to order that part and install it at dealer cost. Even though the deal was finalized, they followed through with their promise and installed the crossbars at dealer cost within a week. Outstanding service. Great vehicle. Mr. Reitnour took the time to thoroughly acquaint me with the vehicle and its operation. He was patient as I explored options and alternatives. When I met Miguel Peralta he made me feel at ease and made sure this really was the car I wanted. The car I bought was a jeep that was traded in so it was not part of the usual car line-up. even though it was not a type of car that they sell, Miguel was knowledgeable and what he didn't know, he looked up to give me all the information i needed. Although I did have small issues with other aspects of the purchase like the large APR and one other sales associate that didn't seem interested in making a sale with me, Miguel made up for all the issues. It goes to show that one great sales associate can make someone a customer for a very long time. More

Excellent customer service We were on a trip from PA to MD when we found ourselves with a slow leak in our tire (which was the spare since we had a flat a couple days earlier). We pulled into Freedom where Donny directed us to Service and we met Erin Chicu. She set up the work order, directed us to the very comfortable waiting area and kept us updated as they worked on our tire. The tire we needed was not in stock but they were able to repair our tire and get us on the road to home. Very comfortable waiting area, fast wi-fi (got some work done as we waited) and very pleasant staff. Erin's customer service was excellent and we were very fortunate to have a problem to close to Freedom. Got us on our way home within 2 hours even though we obviously didn't have an appointment......if we lived closer, we would definitely be back! More

The manager on that day also came over and thanked us personally and made sure that we had everything that we needed. That was a nice touch. More
