When we walked in, Doug greeted us in a friendly and professional manner. We discussed the safety features we were looking for in the Rav4 and the costs of the optional package and the hybrid over the conventional engine. He was very knowledgeable and experienced in answering all our questions. Eric, a manager, greeted us and spoke with us also. We toured the facility and took a test drive. No high pressure sales here, just an honest down to earth dealership. The car we wanted came in from another Toyota dealer in New York and arrived within a few days. The financing was done right on the spot by one of the finance administrators and was easy, fast and simple to understand. All in all, this was a great car buying experience. They even treated us to a New Car Buyers Dinner complete with prizes! More

Mike approached us in a very professional and courteous manner and helped us narrow down the choices in our overwhelming task of finding and trying to figure out financing on two used vehicles. We purchased a beautiful Corolla with low mileage and in pristine condition. Our daughter couldn't be happier. There was no haggling and the price was very comparable to Kelly Blue Book value. Although we haven't found the perfect vehicle for our son ( because we are being super picky) Mike knows what we are looking for and is keeping his eyes out for that perfect vehicle for my son. Fantastic Experience About 2 weeks ago, I was rear-ended by a tractor trailer and my 2016 Corolla was damaged beyond repair. So after going through the insurance process, About 2 weeks ago, I was rear-ended by a tractor trailer and my 2016 Corolla was damaged beyond repair. So after going through the insurance process, I returned to Raj and Freedom Toyota for a new car. This was a very pleasant experience. I entered the dealership around 1:00 pm and within 2 hours or so I was driving off the lot with my new Corolla. Raj and Shane made the process go very smooth for me. I kind of knew what I wanted before coming and I didn't get any pressure from the sales to upgrade to anything else Raj was very knowledgeable about all of the car's features and Shane made the financing process go very quickly. Highly Recommend this dealership to others. More
