This was the third dealer that we had been to so we had a lot of information that we could compare. Mike explained and answered our questions clearly. He wasn't in a rush to "make the sale" and get on with the paperwork. "Do you have any other questions?" was heard often. We took the paperwork with the price quote home, compared it to our other two and Freedom Toyota would get the sale. Mike Reitnour was a very big reason for the sale as the price at all three dealers was very close. If we were to need another vehicle soon, which I doubt because our other vehicle is a 2015 Highlander and Toyota vehicles last forever, I would make sure Mike was the salesman we dealt with. More
