We saw the used car on the lot, learned about the previous owners and found the car to be immaculate. Even though the mileage was higher than we wanted, it was a Toyota and through past experiences, knew they run well with higher mileage. We never felt pressured and felt like we walked away with a good deal. Our dealer answered any questions we had, was very polite and friendly. We had to finance the car and again felt we got a very fair rate.. My father purchased a vehicle from Freedom many years prior and he too was very pleased with the service he received from Freedom. When he passed we needed to sell his vehicle to settle the estate. Freedom bought back his van, again felt it was a fair and honest deal with absolutely no hassle. That was the real reason Freedom was our first and only stop when we purchased our daughter's car. Very impressed with how Freedom will pick up your car and leave a car when maintenance is needed. That saved us many headaches in our busy lives. I still remember Doug, our dealer. Again, felt he was polite, honest and fair. Got the impression he wanted what was best for us.
