They're nice, until they have your business and you leave purchased certified vehicle. with 1 year warranty. had to buy battery and they said it wasn't covered. Good service until the purchase though, but with an attitude. Sales was a nice guy and very knowledgeable. However, knows when to screw you over or be customer friendly. Somehow put my 48 month loan in for "49 months" - go figure. Small fees "suddenly" popped up after all the docs were printed up. What a surprise. More
