As I decided my options, I saw Freedom's service bays still open at 6 PM. I thought maybe they could help, but was not optimistic. Greeted by a maintenance man who said without hesitation, I'll get somebody to help you. He called on Daniel Carter who immediately went about handling the situation. He introduced me to Erin Chicu, who even offered to reopen the customer waiting area for me. I was a major inconvenience, late in the day, everyone going home, lights off in the dealership.
